Beverly Liang

As a Senior Trend Analyst at Infinia Foresight, Beverly is deeply entrenched in the world of trend-forecasting, magazine-reading, blog-rolling and eBay-scouring. She's most interested in the intersection of creativity and business and their influence on one another.
Beverly has a degree in cultural anthropology from the University of Chicago, where she studied people’s relationship with both consumption and architecture through projects such as an ethnographic-driven profile of a thrift store and unpacking the layered semiotics of blue jeans. She leveraged this experience into a career in marketing and advertising as an account planner at Mediaedge:cia and Razorfish. Beverly has also consulted extensively with the multidisciplinary design studio 2x4 for clients such as Tiffany & Co. and European furniture maker Vitra.

Outside of Infinia Foresight, Beverly also organizes Pecha Kucha New York, a quarterly creative speaking event for the design and architecture community.
